Q: How do I change my address/magazine/online?

A: In order to change your address online, simply go to www.nramemberservices.org or email us at membership@nrahq.org with your full name, your old address, your new address, and current NRA ID number and we will be happy to make the necessary adjustments.

Q: I didn't receive my Black and Gold Shooter's Cap. How can I get one?

A: Simply email us at membership@nrahq.org and we will be happy to have one resent to you. Please be sure to include your full name, complete mailing address, and current NRA Member ID number.

Q: I paid for my membership and I am still getting bills. What's going on?

A: In order to make all our mailings as cost-effective as possible, we mail in bulk and prepare these mailings in advance. In some cases, your payment and your next bill will "cross" in the mail. If you have already paid for your membership, please disregard any bills you may receive.

Q: Is my Membership tax deductible?

A: Contributions, gifts, or membership dues made or paid to the National Rifle Association of America are not refundable or transferable and are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes.

If no, please email us at membership@nrahq.org and we will be happy to verify your new membership. Please note that Spam filters can prevent you from receiving the email receipt verification.
